Using your gift card
You cannot merge multiple cards into one card, but you can redeem multiple gift cards to your account -- each one adds to your credit balance, and the pooled balance applies at checkout.
On poshmark.com and in the Poshmark app, toward any listing -- women's, men's, kids', pets, and home, across new, pre-loved, and boutique items. There is no physical Poshmark store.
No separate activation. In the Poshmark app, go to Account, select Gift Cards, tap Redeem Gift Card, and enter the 16-digit card number and 4-digit PIN. The value is added to your account credit immediately.
Through Dyme, $25 to $200 in preset amounts ($25, $50, $75, $100, $150, $200). Poshmark's own site offers a comparable range.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Poshmark gift cards do not expire and carry no fees. The balance stays on the account until it is spent.
Once redeemed, the balance shows in your Poshmark wallet or credits inside the app or on poshmark.com. You can also check an unredeemed card on the Poshmark gift-card page, or contact poshmark@giftcardhelp.com for assistance.
No. Poshmark gift cards are single-use -- redeem the code and the value goes to your account credit. To add more, purchase another card. There is no reload function.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Poshmark gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. Once redeemed to an account, the credit cannot be transferred out or cashed out.
Contact poshmark@giftcardhelp.com immediately. Lost or stolen cards are not automatically replaced, but Poshmark may be able to assist if the code has not been redeemed. Keep the original purchase confirmation as proof.
No. Poshmark gift cards are valid only on poshmark.com and in the Poshmark app. They are not accepted at eBay, Depop, ThredUp, or any other marketplace.
