Balance, reloads & expiry
The official gift card terms don't state an expiry date or any dormancy fee. The card can't be swapped for cash unless the law requires it.

Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Yes. The card works at Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids, Pottery Barn Teen, West Elm, Mark and Graham, Rejuvenation, GreenRow and Williams Sonoma. Crate & Barrel is a separate company and doesn't accept it.
The terms say the issuer is not responsible for lost or stolen cards, and liability is limited to the last balance. Keep your card number and PIN safe, and call customer service quickly if the card goes missing.
Buying & corporate
You earn 1 Dyme Mile for every $1 spent on a Pottery Barn Kids gift card through Dyme. A $100 card earns 100 Miles, and boosted brands earn up to 5 Miles per $1. Miles post to your Dyme account within 3 business days and redeem on hotels and flights you book through Dyme.
You can buy several eGift cards on Dyme in any amount from $25 to $1,000 each. Note that the terms prohibit unauthorized resale, so bulk cards are for gifting, not reselling.
