Yes. Apply the gift card to part of the bill and pay the remainder with another card or cash. The card cannot be combined with other Puckett's gift cards in a single transaction at all locations -- ask your server if the POS supports splitting across two cards.
At participating Puckett's Grocery locations across Tennessee for food, drinks, merchandise, and live-music nights. The card is honored across A. Marshall Hospitality restaurants in the group.
On Dyme, $25 to $200. Puckett's own channels offer a comparable range from $5 upward.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Puckett's gift cards do not expire and carry no service or dormancy fees. The balance stays available until it is spent.
Ask a team member at any Puckett's location to look up the balance, or use the balance-check option on puckettsgrocery.com with the card number.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Puckett's gift cards are treated like cash. Contact Puckett's directly at puckettsgrocery.com as soon as possible to report a lost or stolen card -- if the balance is unspent and you have the card number from your delivery email, they may be able to assist. There is no guaranteed replacement policy, so keep the delivery email as backup.
The card works across A. Marshall Hospitality restaurant locations. It is not accepted at unaffiliated restaurants or national chains.
No. Puckett's gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted or applied toward any future visit.
