Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Red Lobster gift cards do not expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full purchased value stays on the card until you use it.

Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Red Lobster is not liable for lost or stolen gift cards. However, if you have the original card number and a valid sales receipt, contact Red Lobster Guest Relations at 1-877-720-6601 -- replacement may be possible for the remaining balance with proof of purchase. Report the loss as soon as possible.
No. Red Lobster gift cards are valid only at Red Lobster locations. They are not accepted at Darden brands (Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse) or any other seafood chain.
Buying & corporate
Yes. Red Lobster has a corporate program for volume orders, employee recognition, and client gifts, with custom amounts and bulk invoicing.
