Sign in at roblox.com/redeem, enter the code (scratch off the PIN on a physical card), and confirm. You then choose whether to take Robux directly or apply the credit to a Premium subscription.
No. The code is ready to use at roblox.com/redeem immediately after purchase.
Through Dyme, $25 to $200. Retail racks commonly carry $10, $25, $50, and $100. In-store and online at roblox.com, additional amounts may be available.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. The code does not expire before redemption, and account credit stays until you spend it with no fees.
Before redemption you can verify a code's status with your seller. After redemption, your credit and Robux balance appear in your Roblox account settings at roblox.com.
No. Each card is a one-time-use code. To add more Robux, buy a new card or purchase directly through Roblox.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Per Roblox's terms, codes are non-refundable once purchased and Robux are generally non-refundable once spent.
Roblox's terms state the value will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorization. If you have a physical card with a receipt and the card has not been redeemed yet, return to the retailer; they may be able to trace the card number from the purchase record. Contact Roblox support at roblox.com/support as a first step.
No. Roblox credit is exclusive to Roblox and can only be used for Robux or Premium memberships on your Roblox account.
Buying & corporate
Roblox does not operate a widely publicized corporate gift-card program. For bulk or business needs, contact Roblox directly or check their developer and partner channels.
