No. Digital gift cards are ready to use immediately after delivery. Physical cards purchased at retail are activated at point of sale.

Balance, reloads & expiry
No. They never expire and carry no dormancy or service fees.

No. Ruth's Chris gift cards are not reloadable. Once the balance is spent, purchase a new card.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Ruth's Chris cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards. The cards are treated like cash; if lost, the value is gone. Keep the card number and PIN stored securely.
No. Ruth's Chris gift cards are valid only at Ruth's Chris Steak House locations. They are not part of a shared restaurant-group network.
