Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Saks gift cards carry no expiration date and no dormancy fees. The full face value stays available until spent.

No. Saks gift cards are not reloadable. Purchase a new card to add more value.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Lost, stolen, or damaged Saks gift cards may be cancelled and replaced with a new card for the remaining balance, but only upon proof of purchase as required by Saks. Contact Saks customer service at 888-695-4872 immediately to report the loss and begin the verification process.
Buying & corporate
Yes. Saks runs a corporate and bulk gift-card program with custom denominations, volume invoicing, and physical or digital fulfillment for employee gifts, client gifts, and incentives.
