No. They never expire and carry no dormancy or service fees.

Landry's gift cards are not generally customer-reloadable. To add value, purchase a new card through saltgrass.com or at a Landry's property.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Landry's policy is that cards are not replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. If you have your original receipt and card number, call 1-888-345-8380 promptly; in some cases Landry's may be able to assist with proof of purchase.
Yes. Because Saltgrass is part of Landry's, the card works across the full portfolio of 60-plus brands and at Golden Nugget properties, not just Saltgrass locations.
