No. They never expire and carry no dormancy or service fees.

Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Sam's Club will not replace lost or stolen gift cards. The cards are treated like cash. If you suspect fraud, call 1-800-742-5051 immediately, but replacement is not guaranteed.
No. Sam's Club gift cards are valid only at Sam's Club locations and on samsclub.com. They are not accepted at Walmart stores or walmart.com.
