No. Digital cards are ready to use immediately after delivery; physical cards are activated at the point of sale.

Balance, reloads & expiry
No. They never expire and carry no dormancy or service fees.

No. Shake Shack gift cards are not reloadable. Purchase a new card to add more value.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Per Shake Shack's terms, lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards are not refundable and will not be replaced, except where required by law. Treat the card like cash and keep it secure.
No. Shake Shack gift cards are valid only at Shake Shack. They are not part of a shared restaurant-group network.
