Balance, reloads & expiry
No. The gift cards do not expire and carry no fees, so the full purchased value stays available until you use it.
Call 1-800-242-5353 with your card details, or enter the card number on the Simply Chocolate gift-card balance page.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Contact 1-800-993-1192 immediately. If funds are still available and the card has not been used, Simply Chocolate (operated by 1-800-Flowers.com) will cancel the card number and issue a replacement for the remaining balance. No refund is available for amounts already spent before you reported the loss.
