Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Contact SpaFinder customer service immediately at customerservice@spafinder.com or call 1-844-489-3508. For digital gift cards, SpaFinder may issue a replacement with proof of purchase. Physical cards without proof of purchase are generally not replaced.

SpaFinder gift cards are not refundable for cash. Secondary marketplaces like Raise and CardCash may buy unwanted cards at a percentage of face value depending on demand.
