Using your gift card
At checkout on StubHub, click Add discounts next to Discount Codes, enter your gift card code exactly as printed (codes are case-sensitive, including dashes), and select Add. The full balance is deposited to your StubHub account wallet and applied to the order. Any unused balance remains in the wallet for a future purchase. You can also add the card in advance at stubhub.com/my/rewards.
Yes. The gift card balance is applied first at checkout; any remainder can be paid with a credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
Through Dyme, StubHub eGift cards are available from $25 to $500. StubHub's own site also sells cards in this range.
Balance, reloads & expiry
StubHub gift cards and eGift cards do not expire. Promotional gift cards issued by StubHub or partner campaigns may carry an expiration date -- check the card's terms if it was received as a promotion rather than purchased.

Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
StubHub will not replace lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards except where required by law and only with proof of purchase -- and only if the card has never been used. Report the loss immediately to StubHub support at 1-888-720-9452 with your purchase confirmation to initiate a claim.
No. StubHub gift cards are valid only on StubHub.com and the StubHub app. They are not accepted on Ticketmaster, SeatGeek, Vivid Seats, or other ticketing platforms.
No. StubHub gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Once added to a StubHub account, the balance cannot be transferred to another account.
