Using your gift card
Yes. The card can be used together with other tender including credit cards and Accor ALL reward vouchers to cover a hotel stay or on-property charges. Multiple gift cards can also be applied to a single booking.

Through Dyme, $25 to $100. Accor also sells cards in various denominations directly through all.accor.com.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No expiration date and no dormancy fees. The balance stays available until it is spent at an eligible Accor property.
Contact Accor ALL customer service through the all.accor.com help center or call the number on your card or gift card email. There is no standalone public self-serve balance checker for these cards.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
If you registered the card at cws.givex.com/cws/swissotelclp, Swissôtel will freeze the remaining balance and issue a replacement for that amount upon notification. Unregistered cards will not be replaced -- Accor is not liable for lost or stolen cards that have not been registered. Register your card as soon as you receive it.
No. The card is valid only at participating Accor ALL portfolio properties. It is not accepted at Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Hyatt, or any other hotel group.
No. Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
