Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. Unused balances can be spent at any Landry's restaurant or sold on secondary marketplaces like Raise or CardCash at a percentage of face value.

Landry's policy states that gift cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen. If you have your original receipt or order confirmation, contact customer service at 1-888-345-8380 immediately. Proof of purchase may support a case-by-case review. Treat the card like cash.
