Using your gift card

Yes. Multiple Marriott gift cards can be applied to a single folio at checkout until the balance is covered. Inform the front desk at check-in or at checkout.

The Ritz-Carlton uses Marriott gift cards, valid at all participating Marriott-brand hotels worldwide for room nights, dining, spa, and golf. This includes the full Marriott portfolio: Marriott Hotels, Sheraton, Westin, W Hotels, St. Regis, JW Marriott, and others. How to use your Ritz-Carlton card

E-gift cards from Dyme are active and ready to use on delivery. Physical cards are activated when purchased. No additional registration is required to use the card, though registering it in the Marriott Bonvoy app protects the balance if the card is lost.

Through Dyme, cards are available from $25 to $2,000, with common presets of $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, and $200. Marriott's own site (gifts.marriott.com) offers a similar range.

Balance, reloads & expiry

Marriott gift cards (which the Ritz-Carlton uses) do not carry dormancy fees. Some regions apply an expiration window under local gift-card law; check the terms at gifts.marriott.com or on the card packaging for your state's specific rules.

Marriott gift cards are not reloadable. Once the balance is spent, purchase a new card through Dyme or at gifts.marriott.com.

Refunds, lost cards & acceptance

Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. Unused balances can be applied to any Marriott-brand stay or sold on secondary marketplaces like Raise or CardCash at a percentage of face value.

Register your card in the Marriott Bonvoy app or at Marriott.com before use. If a registered card is lost or stolen, contact Marriott GiftCard Customer Service at 1-800-442-6132 or report it through gifts.marriott.com. After investigation, the remaining balance at the time of report can be transferred to a new card. Unregistered cards cannot be replaced.

The card is a Marriott Bonvoy gift card, so it works across all participating Marriott-brand properties worldwide including Sheraton, Westin, W Hotels, St. Regis, JW Marriott, Courtyard, and many others. It is not accepted at non-Marriott hotel brands.
