Using your gift card
Yes. Hand the associate every card before they close out your tab. Topgolf does not publish a cap on how many cards you can combine on a single check.
At any of the 90-plus Topgolf venues in the United States. The balance covers bay rental and game play, the full food and drink menu, lessons, and pro-shop merchandise. Cards cannot be redeemed until activated. E-gift cards from Dyme are activated and ready to use when delivered. Physical cards purchased at retail stores or through topgolf.com are activated at the point of purchase.
Through Dyme, cards are available from $25 to $200. Topgolf's own site sells variable amounts from $20 to $250, and venue front desks can load any whole-dollar amount.
Balance, reloads & expiry
Topgolf gift cards carry no expiration date and no dormancy fees. A card given as a holiday gift still works a year or more later.

Topgolf gift cards cannot be reloaded. Once the balance is spent, purchase a new card through Dyme, at topgolf.com, or at any participating retail rack.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Topgolf gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted or applied toward any visit at any Topgolf US venue.
Topgolf's terms state that cards will not be replaced if lost or stolen without proof of purchase. Contact Topgolf customer support immediately with your original receipt or order confirmation. If you suspect the card has been copied or stolen, report it right away to limit further use.
No. Topgolf gift cards are valid only at full Topgolf venues in the United States. They are not accepted at Callaway Golf retail stores, Toptracer Range, Swing Suite, or any other venue.
Buying & corporate
Yes. Topgolf has a corporate and bulk gift-card program for employee rewards, client gifts, and events, with volume pricing and invoicing. Contact the corporate team through topgolf.com.
You can buy Topgolf gift cards at face value on Dyme, earning 1 Mile per dollar (and up to 5 Miles per dollar during special offers). Cards are also sold at Target, Walmart, Kroger, and other retailers, but those channels do not include Miles. Topgolf gift card buying guide
