E-gift cards from Dyme are active on delivery. Physical cards purchased at stores are activated at the register. No additional step is required.
Through Dyme, cards are available from $25 to $200. Total Wine's own site and stores sell cards generally from $25 to $500 in whole-dollar increments.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Total Wine gift cards do not expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full value stays on the card until redeemed.

Total Wine gift cards are not reloadable. Once the balance is spent, purchase a new card through Dyme or at any Total Wine store.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted or applied to any qualifying purchase in store or online.
Total Wine's official terms state that lost, destroyed, or stolen cards will not be replaced or replenished. Contact customer service at 1-888-527-4590 immediately with your original receipt or order confirmation. Treat the card like cash.
No. Total Wine gift cards are only valid at Total Wine & More stores and on totalwine.com. They are not accepted at BevMo, Spec's, or any other retailer.
Buying & corporate
