Using your gift card
Yes. Multiple gift cards can be redeemed to one Uber account, and the combined balance applies across orders until used up.
The credit applies to food delivery and pickup from restaurants on Uber Eats, plus grocery and convenience delivery where available. In most US regions the same Uber Cash balance also covers Uber rides, since both apps share one wallet.
Through Dyme, Uber Eats gift cards are available from $25 to $200. Directly through Uber, you can load $15 to $500. Physical retail cards typically come in $25, $50, and $100.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Once redeemed to an Uber account, the credit does not expire and carries no fees on the balance.
After redeeming the code, the balance shows under Wallet in the Uber or Uber Eats app. Uber Cash from a gift card is the same balance used in both apps.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Uber Eats gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Redeem the code to your account as soon as you receive it to protect the balance. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact Uber support immediately.
In most regions, yes. Uber and Uber Eats share a single Uber Cash balance on US accounts, so credit added to the account is available for rides as well as food orders.
No. Uber gift card credit cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred to another account, except where required by law.
