Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Uno's Pizzeria & Grill gift cards do not expire and carry no fees. The full value stays on the card until you use it.

Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Uno's gift cards are treated like cash. If lost or stolen, contact Uno's customer service at 1-866-559-9704 with proof of purchase. Replacement depends on Uno's ability to verify the remaining balance on their records.
No. Uno's gift cards are valid only at Uno-branded restaurant locations. They cannot be used at Pizza Hut, Domino's, or any other restaurant chain.
No. Uno's gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted or applied to any check at a participating restaurant.
