No. Wayfair gift cards never expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full purchased value stays on the card until you spend it.

Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Wayfair is not responsible for and will not replace lost or stolen gift cards. If the card was purchased directly from Wayfair and you have your order number, contact Wayfair customer service, as they may be able to assist on a case-by-case basis. There is no guarantee of replacement.
