No activation is required. Physical cards are active when purchased; e-gift cards arrive ready to use. You can optionally register your card at westelm.cashstar.com, which may help if the card is later lost or stolen.
$25 to $500 in set increments, in both physical and e-gift form, through westelm.com or Dyme.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. West Elm gift cards never expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full value stays on the card until redeemed.
Enter the card number and PIN at westelm.com/customer-service/gift-card-balance or call 1-888-922-4119. The balance shows immediately with no account required. You can also check your West Elm balance.
No. West Elm gift cards are not reloadable. Once the balance is spent, purchase a new card.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. West Elm gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted or applied to any purchase across the Williams-Sonoma family of brands.
West Elm treats gift cards like cash and does not guarantee replacement. Report a lost or stolen card to West Elm customer service at 1-888-922-4119 immediately. For e-gift cards, you may be asked to provide your confirmation email as proof of purchase; prompt reporting improves the chances of recovery, but replacement is not guaranteed.
