Using your gift card
Go to x.la/gold, enter the code, and the value is added to your Xsolla Gold balance. From there, spend it at any Xsolla-powered game store at checkout by selecting the Xsolla Gold payment option.
Xsolla Gold balances from multiple codes pool in the same Xsolla account, so you can accumulate credit from several cards before spending.
$10 to $100 in set increments through Dyme. Other amounts may be available through Xsolla directly or partner stores.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Xsolla Gold codes do not expire and carry no fees. The balance stays available until the recipient spends it in a supported store.
The remaining balance shows in the supported store account once the code is redeemed. Before redemption, the full face value is available. You can also check at balance.clutch.com/xsolla.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Games, downloadable content, virtual currency, battle passes, and subscriptions across developer storefronts and game titles that run their commerce on Xsolla. It is not limited to one game — it spends across any Xsolla-powered store.
All Xsolla Gold sales are final. Refunds are not available except where required by applicable law. If your card has a verifiable balance of $15 or less, you may contact xsolla@giftcardhelp.com to request a state-law refund where eligible.
Xsolla is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused gift card codes. Lost or stolen codes will not be replaced. Treat the code like cash and do not share it publicly.
