Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Darden gift cards do not expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full value stays on the card until used.
Enter the card number and PIN at yardhouse.com/purchase/check-gift-card-balance, call 877-515-1532, or ask at any Darden restaurant. You can also check your Yard House balance.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Darden gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted or applied to any check across the Darden family.
Darden's policy is that the value of lost, damaged, or stolen cards will not be replaced or replenished. Report a lost card by calling Yard House gift card services at 800.883.5575 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm ET) or emailing yhgiftcardservices@darden.com. Treat the card like cash.
