Using your gift card
Yes. The recipient can split a single Your Gift Choice balance across several brand cards at redemption, rather than being locked to one store.
They open the redemption link in the delivery email, browse the brand catalog at yourgiftchoice.com, and exchange the balance for the card or cards they want. The chosen brand gift cards are typically delivered digitally.
$25 to $200 in set increments through Dyme. The recipient can divide that value across multiple brand cards at redemption.
Balance, reloads & expiry
The Your Gift Choice card does not expire before redemption. Once swapped for a specific brand card, that brand's own expiry terms apply.
Your Gift Choice works as a swap card, not a traditional stored-value card. There is no balance to look up before redemption. The recipient visits yourgiftchoice.com with the redemption link from their email and exchanges the full face value for one or more brand gift cards. Once exchanged, balance tracking is handled by the brand card issued.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Your Gift Choice gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once purchased.
Once issued, the card is treated like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced. If you have not yet redeemed it, contact Your Gift Choice support at 833-662-7677 immediately — they may be able to assist with proof of purchase.

Buying & corporate
Yes. Your Gift Choice is commonly used for employee rewards and incentives, and the issuer offers a corporate ordering channel with volume pricing and invoicing.
