No activation is needed. The e-gift card arrives by email with a code that is ready to enter at zappos.com checkout.
$25 to $500 in set increments through Dyme, and up to $1,000 through zappos.com directly.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Zappos.com gift cards never expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full value stays on the card until spent.
Enter the card number at checkout or in your Zappos account payment settings to see the current balance. You can also call Zappos customer service at 1-800-927-7671 for a live balance with your code.
No. Zappos.com gift cards are not reloadable. Once the balance is spent, purchase a new card.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Zappos.com gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted or applied to any zappos.com order.
Zappos does not replace or refund lost or stolen gift cards. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact Zappos customer service at 1-800-927-7671 as soon as possible. Treat the card code like cash.
No. Zappos and Amazon operate separate gift card programs. A Zappos.com gift card is valid only at zappos.com; it cannot be transferred or applied to an Amazon account.
Buying & corporate
Yes. Zappos runs a bulk and corporate gift-card program for employee rewards and client gifting, with volume ordering and invoicing.
