No activation is required. Physical cards are active at purchase; e-gift cards arrive by email ready to use in store or in the Zaxby's app.
$5 to $250 in set increments, in both physical and e-gift form, through zaxbys.com or Dyme. Retail-rack cards are usually $25 or $50.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Zaxby's gift cards never expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full value stays on the card until used.
Enter the card number and PIN at zaxbys.myguestaccount.com/guest/nologin/account-balance, call 1-844-801-4595, or ask at the counter. You can also check your Zaxby's balance.
No. Zaxby's gift cards are not reloadable. Once the balance is spent, purchase a new card.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Zaxby's gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted or applied to any Zaxby's order.
Zaxby's will not replace a lost or stolen gift card. If you have proof of purchase, contact Zaxby's customer service at 1-844-801-4595 — they may be able to assist in that limited circumstance, but replacement is not guaranteed. Treat the card like cash.
No. Zaxby's gift cards are valid only at Zaxby's restaurants. They are not accepted at other chains.
Buying & corporate
Yes. Zaxby's runs a bulk and corporate gift-card program for employee appreciation and client gifting with volume ordering and invoicing.
