  2. Add your gift card with the card number and PIN.
  3. Select it as your payment at checkout.

Combining payment and partial balances

  • More than one card: apply multiple Texas Roadhouse gift cards to a single order at checkout.
  • Partial balances: whatever you don't spend stays on the card for your next order.

If a card won't redeem

  • Declined or zero balance. Check the balance first to confirm there are funds and the card is active.
  • Not activated yet. A brand-new card can take a few hours to activate after purchase.
  • Wrong PIN. Re-enter the number and PIN without spaces, exactly as printed or shown in the gift card email.
  • Bought secondhand. Resale balances aren't guaranteed. Open a claim with the marketplace, not with Texas Roadhouse.
