No. The card never expires and carries no service or dormancy fees. The full purchased value stays on the card until redeemed.

Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted or applied to any order across the 1-800-Flowers family brands.
1-800-Flowers does not offer replacement for lost or stolen gift cards. Once redeemed, the balance lives in your account and is protected there. If you have not yet redeemed the card, contact customer service at 1-800-242-5353 with your original purchase receipt and ask whether anything can be done.
