No. Physical cards are activated at purchase and e-gift cards work immediately on delivery.
Physical and e-gift cards from $10 to $500 through aerie.com or any AEO register. Through Dyme, e-gift cards are available in $25 to $200 presets.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Aerie gift cards never expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full purchased value stays on the card until redeemed.
Enter the card number and PIN on the AEO gift card balance page at ae.com, or call 1-800-638-6684. Check your Aerie balance.
No. Aerie gift cards are single-load. Once the balance is spent, purchase a new card at any Aerie or AEO store or online.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Aerie gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted or redeemed across Aerie and American Eagle.
AEO will cancel and replace a lost, stolen, or damaged gift card with a new card in the amount of the remaining balance, upon proof of purchase (original sales receipt). Call 1-800-638-6684 to report and request a replacement.
Buying & corporate
Yes, through the American Eagle Outfitters corporate gift-card program. Volume ordering, custom amounts, and invoicing are available for employee rewards and incentives.
