No. Physical cards are activated at purchase and e-gift cards work immediately on delivery.
$5 to $500 in whole-dollar increments through aeropostale.com or any Aeropostale register. Dyme sells e-gift cards from $5 to $500.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Aeropostale gift cards never expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full purchased value stays on the card until redeemed.
Enter the card number and PIN on the Aeropostale gift card balance page or call 1-800-832-0656. Check your Aeropostale balance.
No. Aeropostale gift cards are single-load. Once the balance is spent, purchase a new card.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Aeropostale gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted or redeemed for any merchandise in store or online.
Physical gift cards may be replaceable. Contact Aeropostale customer service at 877-289-2376 with proof of purchase to request a replacement card. Online gift certificates (e-gift cards) cannot be replaced once lost or stolen, so keep the code in a safe place.
No. The Aeropostale gift card is valid only at Aeropostale stores and aeropostale.com. It is not accepted at American Eagle, Hollister, or any other retailer.
Buying & corporate
Yes. Aeropostale supports bulk orders with custom amounts and invoicing for employee rewards or incentives. Contact Aeropostale's gift-card team to set one up.
