Yes, in store. The cashier draws from each card until the order total is covered. There is no published cap on how many you can stack.

Physical cards are activated at the register when purchased. E-gift cards work immediately on delivery.
Physical cards typically load $5 to $500 at any banner register. E-gift cards through Dyme range from $5 to $250.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. The cards do not expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full purchased value stays on the card until redeemed.
Enter the card number and PIN on the Albertsons gift card balance page at albertsons.myretailcard.com, or call 866-252-3780, or ask at any banner store's customer service desk. Check your Albertsons/Safeway balance.
No. These are single-load gift cards. Once the balance is spent, purchase a new card at any banner store.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. The cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted or applied to any in-store purchase across the banner family.
Albertsons Companies can deactivate a lost or stolen card and re-issue a replacement for the remaining balance. Call the Gift Cards Customer Service Team at 1-877-723-3929, option 4, as soon as possible with your proof of purchase.
Yes. One card is accepted at all Albertsons Companies banner stores, including Safeway, Vons, Jewel-Osco, Acme, Shaw's, Randalls, Tom Thumb, Haggen, Carrs, and Pavilions. It is not valid at independent or competing grocery chains.
Buying & corporate
Yes. Albertsons Companies runs a bulk and corporate program with custom denominations and invoicing for employee rewards, incentives, and customer appreciation. Contact the Albertsons Companies gift-card team to start an order.
Yes. Albertsons and Safeway carry a large third-party gift card selection in the gift card aisle, including Amazon, restaurant, entertainment, and retail brands. Note that you cannot use an Albertsons/Safeway store gift card to pay for those third-party cards.
