Physical Belk gift cards are activated at the register when purchased and carry no value until then. E-gift cards bought through Dyme are activated at purchase and usable immediately. No separate step is required after that.
Through Dyme, e-gift cards are available from $15 to $500. Directly through belk.com or in store, physical and e-gift cards run from $25 to $500 in whole-dollar increments.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Belk gift cards never expire and carry no dormancy fees. The full purchased value stays on the card until you spend it.
Enter the card number and PIN on Belk's gift card balance page at belk.com/check-gift-card-balance/, or call 1-800-474-6102. The current balance shows immediately. Check your Belk balance
Yes, physical Belk gift cards can be reloaded in store at any Belk register. Reloading on belk.com is not supported, so you must visit a store to add more funds.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Belk gift cards are non-refundable once purchased and cannot be exchanged for cash except as required by state law. They can be re-gifted or applied toward any merchandise at Belk.
Belk will not replace lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Treat the card like cash and safeguard it accordingly. Record the card number when you receive it. Call 1-800-474-6102 for any card inquiries.
No. Belk gift cards are accepted only at Belk stores and belk.com. They are not interchangeable with Dillard's, Macy's, or any other retailer.
Buying & corporate
Yes. Belk runs a corporate gift-card program for businesses buying in volume, with custom denominations and consolidated invoicing. Contact Belk's corporate team at belk.com for details.
