Yes. You can load multiple cards into your Chipotle account or stack them in the app. Chipotle does not publish a cap on how many you can combine.
At any Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurant in the US, on chipotle.com, and in the Chipotle app for in-store, pickup, drive-thru, catering, and delivery orders. Orders placed through third-party apps like DoorDash or Uber Eats do not accept Chipotle gift cards. US cards are not valid at Chipotle locations in Canada, the UK, France, or Germany. No. E-gift cards purchased online arrive pre-activated, with the code and PIN in the email ready to use immediately. Physical cards bought at a retailer activate at the register when purchased.
Physical and e-gift cards through chipotle.com run $5 to $500 in whole-dollar increments. Through Dyme, e-gift cards are available from $25 to $200.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Chipotle gift cards carry no expiration date and no dormancy, service, or maintenance fees. The value stays on the card until spent. Balances under $10 are eligible for a cash-back payout through Chipotle's Gift Card Cashback program.
Enter the card number and PIN on the Chipotle balance page at chipotle.wgiftcard.com, or call 1-877-925-4878. You can also add the card to your Chipotle app account to see the balance at any time. Check your Chipotle balance
Yes. Cards can be reloaded at chipotle.com or inside the Chipotle app. Add funds to an existing card number rather than buying a new card each time.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Chipotle is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. The standard policy is that cards cannot be replaced. If you have your original receipt with the card number and PIN and report it promptly, customer service may be able to assist, but replacement is not guaranteed. Treat the card number like cash.
No. Chipotle gift cards are valid only at participating Chipotle Mexican Grill locations and through Chipotle's own online channels. They are not accepted at any other restaurant brand.
Buying & corporate
Yes. Chipotle runs a corporate and bulk gift-card program for employee rewards, client gifts, and incentives, with volume pricing on larger orders. Contact the Chipotle corporate gift-card team to set one up.
