Yes. You can apply more than one Cinemark card to a single online or in-app order, and combine a card with a credit or debit card to cover any remaining balance.

No. E-gift cards arrive by email ready to use. Physical cards activate at the box office when purchased. No separate activation step is needed.
Physical and e-gift cards run $20 to $250 in whole-dollar increments through cinemark.com or any Cinemark box office. Through Dyme, e-gift cards are available from $25 to $200.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Cinemark gift cards never expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full purchased value stays on the card until redeemed.
Enter the card number and PIN on the Cinemark balance page at cinemark.com/gift-card-balance. No account registration is required. Check your Cinemark balance
No. Cinemark gift cards are not reloadable. Purchase a new card when the balance is spent.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Contact Cinemark gift card support at giftcards@cinemark.com or 1-800-CINEMARK. Cinemark may be able to assist if you have the card number or proof of purchase. Register your card at cinemark.com as a safeguard. Cards that cannot be verified cannot be replaced.
No. Cinemark gift cards are valid only at Cinemark-branded theaters and on Cinemark's own website and app. They are not accepted at AMC, Regal, or any other theater chain.
Buying & corporate
Yes. Cinemark runs a corporate and bulk gift-card program for employee rewards, client gifts, and fundraising, with custom denominations and volume ordering through its corporate gift-card team.
