Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Call 1-888-386-5230 immediately. Dave & Buster's will not replace a lost or stolen gift card without proof of purchase. If you have your original receipt or order confirmation, contact customer service and they may be able to issue a replacement for the remaining balance. Keep your card number safe.
No. Dave & Buster's gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
No. The card is only valid at Dave & Buster's locations in the US. It cannot be used at Main Event or any other entertainment venue.
