Refunds, lost cards & acceptance

If you cancel a flight you paid for with a Delta gift card, the refund depends on your fare type. Refundable fares may go back to the original payment method; non-refundable fares typically result in an eCredit. Call Delta at 1-800-221-1212 to confirm your specific situation.
