Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Contact DICK'S customer service at 1-877-720-6608 immediately. DICK'S is not responsible for lost or stolen cards, but if you have your original purchase receipt and card number, they may be able to assist with a replacement. Record your card number when you receive it.
No. DICK'S gift cards cannot be returned for cash. Merchandise returned after a gift card purchase is refunded back to the gift card.
