Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Fandango gift cards do not expire and carry no monthly or dormancy fees. The full balance stays available until you use it.

Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Fandango gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. The balance can be re-gifted or applied to any eligible movie ticket or Fandango at Home rental.
Fandango gift cards are not reloadable and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorization. Keep the card number and PIN in a safe place. If you have the number and PIN, you can still load the balance to your Fandango account even if the original message is gone.
Use the card through Fandango's website or app to buy tickets in advance; the card is not swiped directly at a theater box office. Whether theaters honor a Fandango-purchased ticket barcode at the door is the theater's process, not an additional payment step.
