Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Grubhub gift card balances do not expire and carry no activation or dormancy fees. Once the code is loaded into your Grubhub account, the credit stays in your wallet until it's spent.

No. Grubhub gift cards are not reloadable. When the balance is spent, you simply add a new gift card code to your account.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Grubhub and CashStar are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. If you suspect the card has been copied or stolen, contact Grubhub customer support at 1-877-585-1085 immediately. With proof of purchase, Grubhub may be able to assist, but replacement is not guaranteed by the standard terms. Treat gift card codes like cash.
No. Grubhub gift cards are redeemable only on Grubhub and Seamless orders. They are not accepted on DoorDash, Uber Eats, or any other delivery platform.
Buying & corporate
