Yes, for e-gift cards: click the 'Click to Activate' link at the bottom of the original delivery email; you will be taken to a page that reveals your PIN number. Once the PIN is visible, the card is ready to use online or in store. Physical GUESS gift cards are activated at the register when purchased.
$25 to $200 through Dyme. GUESS.com sells cards from $15 to $500 in physical or e-gift form.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. GUESS gift cards contain no expiration date and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full value stays on the card until redeemed.
Enter the card number and PIN on the GUESS gift card balance page at guess.com/en-us/giftcard, or call 1-888-891-2432. Any GUESS or GUESS Factory store associate can also check it at the register. Check your GUESS balance
No. GUESS gift cards are not reloadable. When the balance is spent, purchase a new card.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
GUESS will not replace lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. The card should be treated like cash. If you have the original card number and proof of purchase, call GUESS customer care at 1-877-444-8377 to report the situation, but replacement is not guaranteed under the standard terms.
GUESS gift cards work at GUESS and GUESS Factory stores and online. GUESS does not publish cross-brand redemption at Marciano boutiques. Confirm at the individual location if you plan to use one at a Marciano store.
Buying & corporate
GUESS gift cards are available on GUESS.com, at GUESS and GUESS Factory stores, and through select resellers including Kroger's online gift card portal and Office Depot.
