Yes, both online and in store. H&M does not publish a cap on how many gift cards you can combine on a single order.
At all H&M locations in the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada, and at hm.com in the US. It covers the full assortment, including Women's, Men's, Kids, Divided, and H&M Home. Physical H&M gift cards are activated at the register when purchased. E-gift cards are delivered by email with the card number and PIN ready to use; show the barcode or enter the details at checkout. No separate activation step is required.
Through Dyme, any amount from $10 to $300. On hm.com and in US stores, physical and e-gift cards run from $10 up to $500.
Balance, reloads & expiry
H&M gift cards carry no expiration date and no service fees, so the full balance remains available whether you shop next week or next year.
Check online at hm.com/en_us/customer-service/gift-card.html using the card number and PIN, or call H&M gift card support at 1-855-466-7467. Any H&M store associate in the US can also look up the balance at the register. Check your H&M balance
No. H&M gift cards are not reloadable. When the balance is spent, purchase a new card.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
H&M will not replace or replenish a lost, stolen, or damaged card without the original proof of purchase. If you have proof of purchase, contact H&M gift card support at 1-855-466-7467; the replacement value would equal the remaining balance at the time of report. Treat the card number and PIN like cash.
No. Although COS, Arket, and Other Stories, Weekday, and Monki are all part of the H&M Group, each brand runs a separate gift card program. An H&M gift card redeems only at H&M stores in the US, Puerto Rico, and Canada and at hm.com in the US.
Buying & corporate
Yes. H&M runs a corporate gift card program for businesses buying in volume for employees, clients, or incentives, with bulk ordering and invoicing through its corporate gift card team.
H&M stores do not carry a third-party gift card rack. Their gift card offering is limited to H&M branded cards.
