Yes. You can use more than one Texas Roadhouse family gift card on a single bill and pay any difference with another tender. Leftover value remains on the card for your next visit.
On Dyme, Jaggers eGift cards are available in any amount from $5 to $100, delivered by email.
Yes. Jaggers lets you order ahead for take-out at eatjaggers.com, and you can pay with the gift card at checkout. It does not work on third-party delivery apps like Uber Eats or DoorDash.
Yes. Every CASH purchase earns 1 Dyme Mile for every $1, and 5 Miles per $1 during special offers. Miles work on any airline or any hotel with no blackouts or expiration and post within 3 business days. Gift cards cannot be bought with Miles.
Balance, reloads & expiry
Enter your card number and PIN on the Texas Roadhouse family self-service site, or call 1-800-964-0111 and follow the prompts. A cashier can also check it in person. Check your Jaggers balance
No. Jaggers and the rest of the Texas Roadhouse family gift cards never expire and there are no fees for buying or redeeming them, so the full value stays put until you spend it.
The Jaggers eGift cards sold on Dyme are fixed-value cards rather than reloadable accounts. When the balance runs low, you can simply buy another in any amount from $5 to $100.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Yes. The same card is accepted across the family at U.S. Jaggers, Texas Roadhouse, Bubba's 33, and TR Butcher Shop, both in-restaurant and online at each brand's site.
Treat it like cash. The remaining balance can only be replaced with proof of purchase, so keep your receipt and contact customer service promptly if the card goes missing.
