Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Landry's gift cards do not expire and carry no service fees. The full value stays on the card until used. Seasonal bonus cards tied to holiday promotions may have their own redemption window — check the card's terms.

Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. The card is non-refundable and has no cash value except where required by law. It can be re-gifted or applied to any participating Landry's check.
Landry's does not replace lost or stolen gift cards except as required by law. Treat the card like cash. If you lose it, contact Landry's customer service at 1-888-345-8380 immediately with your proof of purchase — they may be able to cancel the original card and issue a replacement for the remaining balance if the card has not been used.
No. The card works exclusively within the Landry's, Inc. portfolio of 60-plus brands. It is not accepted at unaffiliated chains. The breadth of the Landry's network means it covers everything from casual (Rainforest Cafe, Bubba Gump) to fine dining (Morton's, Mastro's).
