Through Dyme, Moe's e-gift cards are available from $25 to $200. The brand and GoTo Foods site may offer additional amounts.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Moe's gift cards do not expire and carry no dormancy fees. The full value stays available until you redeem it.
Yes. Enter the card details on the Moe's gift card page at moes.com, or call 888-529-6578. The balance shows immediately. Check your Moe's balance
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. Moe's gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. The balance can be used toward any menu item at participating locations.
Moe's may be able to cancel the original card and issue a replacement for the remaining balance if you have proof of purchase. Call customer service at 888-529-6578 as soon as possible. Without a receipt or order confirmation, replacement is unlikely.
The GoTo Foods gift card network includes several brands — Carvel, Cinnabon, Jamba, McAlister's Deli, Schlotzsky's, and Auntie Anne's alongside Moe's. Cross-brand acceptance varies by how the gift card was issued; cards bought through Dyme are issued as Moe's-specific.
