Using your gift card
At participating Peet's coffeebars across the US and on peets.com for whole beans, subscriptions, tea, and merchandise. Per Peet's terms, Licensed Partner locations (airport, grocery, university, and hotel counters) operate on separate tills and do not accept the gift card. How to use your Peet's Coffee card
Physical cards are activated at the register when purchased. E-gift cards arrive active -- add the card number and PIN to your Peetnik Rewards app or enter them at checkout on peets.com. No separate activation step is required.
Through Dyme, $10 to $200 in variable amounts you choose at checkout. The same range is available through peets.com and at Peet's coffeebars.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Peet's gift cards never expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full purchased value stays on the card until it is spent.
Sign in at peets.com and register the card under Peet's Cards to see the running balance, or add it to the Peetnik Rewards app where the balance updates after every transaction. Baristas can also read the balance at any coffeebar when the card is swiped. Check your Peet's Coffee balance
Yes. You can reload an existing Peet's Card at any coffeebar register, on peets.com, or in the Peet's app from a saved payment method.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Peet's cannot accept responsibility for unregistered cards that are lost or stolen. If you registered the card at peets.com, contact Peet's customer experience at 1.800.999.2132 immediately -- they have access to the card number and may be able to transfer the remaining balance to a new card. Registering a card before using it is the best safeguard.
No. Peet's gift cards are valid only at participating Peet's coffeebars and on peets.com. They are not accepted at Starbucks, Caribou Coffee, or any other coffee chain.
Buying & corporate
Yes. Peet's runs a corporate gift-card program for volume orders with custom amounts and bulk invoicing for employee and client gifts. Contact the Peet's corporate gift-card team.
