Yes. The gift-card balance applies on top of any active sale or promotion. Note that Ray-Ban's terms allow only one gift card per order, so you cannot stack multiple cards on a single purchase.

Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Ray-Ban gift cards have no expiration date and no dormancy fees. The balance stays available until it is spent.

Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Ray-Ban will not replace lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards. Treat the card and PIN like cash -- store the delivery email somewhere safe, as the code is the only proof of value.
No. Ray-Ban gift cards are valid only at ray-ban.com (USA) and Ray-Ban stores. Sunglass Hut and LensCrafters sell Ray-Ban products but are separate Luxottica banners with their own gift card systems.
