Balance, reloads & expiry
No. Regal gift cards do not expire and carry no dormancy or service fees. The full purchased value stays on the card until redeemed.

Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Regal will replace a lost or stolen gift card for the remaining balance at the time it is reported, provided you supply proof of purchase and valid ID. A small processing fee applies. Report the loss as soon as possible by contacting Regal customer service through regmovies.com.
No. Regal gift cards are valid only at Regal Cinemas locations. They are not accepted at AMC, Cinemark, Alamo Drafthouse, or any other chain.
No. Regal gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. They can be re-gifted or applied to any future ticket or concession purchase.
