No. Digital gift cards are ready to use immediately after delivery; physical cards are activated at the point of sale.
Through Dyme, $25 to $200. Directly through the GoTo Foods gift-card site, $5 to $200 and other whole-dollar amounts in restaurant.
Balance, reloads & expiry
No. They never expire and carry no dormancy or service fees.
Enter the card number and PIN on the Schlotzsky's or GoTo Foods gift-card balance page at schlotzskys.cashstar.com, or ask a cashier to look it up. Check your Schlotzsky's balance
No. GoTo Foods gift cards are not reloadable. Purchase a new card to add more value.
Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
No. GoTo Foods gift cards are non-refundable except where required by law. If your state requires cash back for balances below the statutory minimum, call 678-799-7415.
GoTo Foods policy states that cards will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorization. However, if you have proof of purchase with the original card number, contact customer service at 678-799-7415; they may be able to cancel the original and issue a replacement card for the remaining balance.
