Refunds, lost cards & acceptance
Steak 'n Shake is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. You may request a replacement by calling 1-888-892-3813, but a replacement is issued only with proof of purchase (your original receipt or order confirmation). Without proof of purchase, the balance cannot be recovered. Treat the card like cash.
No. Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased. The balance can be applied to a future order or re-gifted.
